Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, setting it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until blended.
  3. Process the scooped watermelon in a blender until smooth, then strain to remove pulp.
  4. Layer the ice shavings into the watermelon halves, pour the watermelon purée over the ice, followed by the creamy milk mixture. Freeze until firm.
