Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, setting it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until blended.
- Process the scooped watermelon in a blender until smooth, then strain to remove pulp.
- Layer the ice shavings into the watermelon halves, pour the watermelon purée over the ice, followed by the creamy milk mixture. Freeze until firm.
