Description

A comforting classic turkey meatloaf topped with tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (plus more for topping)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, ground sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the pan and shape it evenly. Spread the remaining cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Consider adding diced onions, bell peppers, or garlic for more flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
