- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (plus more for topping)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, ground sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the pan and shape it evenly. Spread the remaining cranberry sauce on top.
- Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Consider adding diced onions, bell peppers, or garlic for more flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
