- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by simmering honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce and coat well.
Notes
These meatballs can be served warm on their own, over rice, or with roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
