Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon coffee (brewed and cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brewed coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together using a whisk or spoon until thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid. Seal it tightly and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Give the oats a good stir in the morning. If too thick, add a splash of milk. Top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder before serving.

Notes
