Instructions
- Combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro in a bowl to create a vibrant slaw.
- Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss well.
