Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro in a bowl to create a vibrant slaw.
  2. Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss well.
  4. Place tortillas on a flat surface. Add shredded chicken and a generous amount of slaw to each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice each wrap in half diagonally.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes
