Instructions

- Thread the grapes onto wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each grape.
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Allow the syrup to continue cooking until it reaches the hard crack stage at 300°F.
- Carefully dip each skewer of grapes into the hot syrup, ensuring each grape is coated completely.
- Place the dipped skewers on parchment paper to cool.
- Once cooled, enjoy your Tanghulu grapes as a sweet and refreshing snack.
Notes
