Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each peach ring into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Place the chocolate-covered peach rings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle chamoy sauce over the chocolate-coated peach rings.
- Sprinkle Tajín seasoning over the top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Add sprinkles if desired.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
