- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm for a gooey texture or at room temperature for a firmer bite. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
