- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
