Description

A comforting pasta bake featuring cheesy pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach. Perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well coated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
