- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
