- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Taco shells (mini or regular size)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until well-coated.
- Press the mixture into taco shell molds to form the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cooled taco shells generously.
- Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
- Garnish with extra strawberries if desired and serve immediately.
