Description

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos combine two beloved desserts into a fun and delightful treat, filled with a luscious cheesecake filling and topped with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Taco shells (mini or regular size)
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Press the mixture into taco shell molds to form the crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cooled taco shells generously.
  9. Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
  10. Garnish with extra strawberries if desired and serve immediately.
