- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz medium pasta shells
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Zesty ranch dressing
Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the medium pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté the steak in a single layer for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the drained pasta shells back into the skillet with the cooked steak. Toss gently until well combined and heated through, coating everything in ranch dressing.
