Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water. In a pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the quinoa. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the same skillet and sauté until tender.
- Assemble the bowl with a serving of quinoa at the bottom, topped with sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, and any optional toppings.
