Description

A comforting dish that combines tender chicken and ramen noodles with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Ramen noodles
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in chili sauce and soy sauce, cooking for a few more minutes.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and let simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream and stir until combined and creamy.
  7. Toss in the cooked ramen noodles and mix well.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
