- 2 Chicken breasts
- 4 Ramen noodles
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 Green onions
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in chili sauce and soy sauce, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and let simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked ramen noodles and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
