- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and onion, and sauté until aromatic, about 2 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender, around 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet, and stir well to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sriracha, and mayonnaise, mixing until everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
Notes
Use day-old rice for better texture. Adjust the heat of the dish by varying the amount of sriracha used.
