Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, salsa, cumin, and chili powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface at room temperature.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve with fresh cilantro on top.
