- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup salsa

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 large tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, salsa, cumin, and chili powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface at room temperature.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with fresh cilantro on top.
