Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Create a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
