- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Combine the pitted dates and peanut butter in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Spread the date and peanut butter mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate over the date mixture and top with chopped peanuts and sea salt.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
Notes
Use Medjool dates for a softer texture. For extra sweetness, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the date mixture before adding chocolate.
