Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, chia, sunflower)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of serving cups.
- Follow with a layer of granola.
- Add a layer of mixed seeds on top of the granola.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture, granola, and seeds.
- Top with fresh berries if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for later use.
