Description

Delicious cups of creamy yogurt layered with crunchy granola and nutritious seeds, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, chia, sunflower)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of serving cups.
  3. Follow with a layer of granola.
  4. Add a layer of mixed seeds on top of the granola.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture, granola, and seeds.
  6. Top with fresh berries if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for later use.

Notes

Best enjoyed within 1-2 days; keep granola separate for longer storage to maintain crunch.
