- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the chopped dill pickles, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake in a greased baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Notes
Try adding spicy dill pickles for an extra kick. Use crushed crackers or panko if you are out of breadcrumbs.
