Description

These Roasted Almond Date Snack Squares are the perfect blend of sweetness and crunch, making them an ideal guilt-free treat for any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the pitted dates, roasted almonds, rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is sticky.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread and press the mixture evenly into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  4. Let the baked squares cool completely in the pan before slicing them into squares.

Notes
