- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or protein powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup water (if needed)
Instructions
- Combine fresh raspberries, lemonade, Greek yogurt (or protein powder), and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add water to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to remove popsicles. Enjoy!
