Description

Refreshing popsicles made with fresh raspberries, lemonade, and Greek yogurt or protein powder, perfect for a nutritious treat on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh raspberries, lemonade, Greek yogurt (or protein powder), and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add water to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  5. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to remove popsicles. Enjoy!
