Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the balls in the skillet and smash them down to form patties, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the tacos with the cooked patties and top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, and mustard.
