A fun fusion of classic smash burger flavors tucked into crunchy taco shells, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • Ketchup and mustard to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the balls in the skillet and smash them down to form patties, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
