Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl, then dip each chicken breast into the eggs and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
