- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl, then dip each chicken breast into the eggs and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
