Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder or powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping the dark chocolate and placing it into a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate melts completely and becomes smooth, then add orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
