Description
A comforting One-Pot Creamy Beef dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, combining ground beef and creamy sauce with tender pasta.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pot; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Then, stir in the Italian seasoning to infuse the beef with flavor.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add in the pasta along with enough water to cover it by an inch; cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Mix everything well until the pasta is fully coated.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Great for family gatherings and can be doubled easily.
