Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
