Description

Decadent brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake and Nutella for a delicious twist on classic desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Dollop the Nutella and cream cheese mixture on top, and use a knife to swirl it together.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese and Nutella layer, and swirl again.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  10. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
