Decadent brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake and Nutella for a delicious twist on classic desserts.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Dollop the Nutella and cream cheese mixture on top, and use a knife to swirl it together.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese and Nutella layer, and swirl again.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
