- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter, blending well.
- Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and gently combine. Add the flour and stir until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a spoonful of Nutella, and swirl with a toothpick. Fill with the remaining batter and optionally add more Nutella on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
Notes
For the best sweetness, ensure your bananas are very ripe. Don’t over-mix the batter for optimal texture.
