- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Add a spoonful of Nutella into each cup and swirl gently into the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
