Description

Perfectly fluffy and moist Nutella Banana Muffins combining Nutella’s rich sweetness with ripe bananas.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture and blend thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  7. Add a spoonful of Nutella into each cup and swirl gently into the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
