- 200g chow mein noodles
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, stir-frying until the mushrooms are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked chow mein noodles, pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, feel free to toss in bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free soy sauce.
