Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour and shredded coconut.
  2. Add the mango puree, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is combined and forms a uniform batter.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly to ensure all parts are compact.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
