Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy mascarpone, crunchy ladyfingers, and fresh mixed berries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In serving cups, layer the ladyfinger cookies at the bottom, slightly breaking them if needed.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the cookies.
  4. Spoon a layer of the cream mixture over the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  6. Garnish with additional berries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint leaves or a drizzle of honey. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
