A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy mascarpone, crunchy ladyfingers, and fresh mixed berries, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In serving cups, layer the ladyfinger cookies at the bottom, slightly breaking them if needed.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the cookies.
- Spoon a layer of the cream mixture over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Garnish with additional berries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint leaves or a drizzle of honey. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
