No-Bake Apple Pie Rice Krispie Treats

Description

Delicious no-bake treats combining the flavors of apple pie with the crunch of Rice Krispies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  2. Combine melted marshmallow mixture with Rice Krispie cereal in a large bowl, mixing well.
  3. Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and half of the caramel sauce until evenly mixed.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased pan, drizzle with remaining caramel sauce, and let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Can be refrigerated but should come to room temperature before serving.
