Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together sweet rice flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth, folding in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
