Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Mix together sweet rice flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth, folding in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
