Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cereal of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
  6. Fold in the cereal until evenly distributed.
  7. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before frosting with your favorite icing.
