Description

A delightful summer salad featuring marinated steak paired with sweet peaches and fresh greens.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in your favorite marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak on medium-high heat to your desired doneness for 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, sliced peaches, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Slice the rested steak thinly against the grain and add it to the salad.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and gently toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
