Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in your favorite marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steak on medium-high heat to your desired doneness for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, sliced peaches, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Slice the rested steak thinly against the grain and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
