Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.

Notes
For added crunch, consider sprinkling sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds before serving. Adjust sriracha based on your heat preference.
