Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm as a sweet and spicy side dish.
