- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin until evenly coated.
- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the pork in the glaze for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Consider searing for extra crust.
