Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Drop clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small mounds.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until fully solid.
- Remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
