- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Kinder chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Kinder chocolate.
- Drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container.
