Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in garlic, ginger, diced bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and serve the mixture in lettuce leaves, garnished with sesame seeds.
