- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, diced bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, and serve the mixture in lettuce leaves, garnished with sesame seeds.
