Description

A comforting one-pot dish with ground beef, pasta, and creamy cheese that’s quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until macaroni is al dente.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with extra cheese or fresh herbs for added color. Pair with a green salad or garlic bread.
