A delicious and healthier twist on classic tiramisu, these cream pots are high in protein and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
- 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ladyfinger cookies or alternative low-carb option
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone cheese, protein powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the cooled espresso for a few seconds to soak.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of serving cups.
- Spoon a layer of the protein mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Dust the tops with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, consume within 2 days.
