Ingredients

  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Dark chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Sliced banana or strawberries (optional)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of peanut butter on each rice cake.
  2. Mix chocolate protein powder with a little water or milk to create a spreadable consistency.
  3. Spread the protein mixture on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
  5. Add slices of banana or strawberries if desired.
