Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
