Instructions

  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
