- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g crushed hazelnuts
- 100g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Begin by melting the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir gently until it is fully melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed hazelnuts, crushed digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the dry mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of parchment paper. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for several hours or until firm.

Store wrapped tightly in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
