Description

Delicious shrimp skewers combined with sweet honey and tart lime, making for a perfect summer grilling option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for about 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
