Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Then, add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture, stirring until just blended.
  5. Carefully fold in the diced peaches, cinnamon, and oats.
  6. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased grill-safe pan.
  7. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  8. Remove the cookies from the grill and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
